**Supervising Social Worker - Therapeutic IFA**

NonStop Care is working with a well established Independent Fostering Agency in the Yorkshire area, in order to recruit for a permanent Supervising Social Worker. In this role, you will be joining a therapeutic Independent Fostering Agency with a Good Ofstedrating, so you will be part of a very nice working environment.

They offer a very good salary which can get up to £38,000 per annum.

**Responsibilities**:
The Supervising Social Worker will be responsible for the recruitment, assessment and supervision of foster carers in the Yorkshire area. You will have a manageable caseload (between 10 to about 12 max).

You will have the flexibility to do most of the work from home and only go to their office now and then for the team meetings.

**Requirements**:

- you are a Qualified Social Worker
- you have experience in fostering or in working within a child protection or looked after children's team
- you have a Social Work Degree and a driving license
