We believe in providing personalized care and support, enabling our clients to maintain their independence and dignity while living in the comfort of their own homes.

As a Care Assistant, you will play a crucial role in assisting clients with their day-to-day activities and providing emotional support. Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
Assisting with personal care, including bathing, grooming, and dressing.

Administering medications as prescribed by healthcare professionals.

Preparing and serving nutritious meals, considering any dietary requirements.

Assisting with household chores and light cleaning duties.

Providing companionship and engaging in meaningful activities with clients.

Accompanying clients to appointments or outings, if required.

Reporting any changes in clients' conditions to the care management team.

Ensuring the safety and well-being of clients at all times.

Previous experience in care assistance or a related field is highly desirable.

Caring and empathetic nature, with a genuine passion for helping others.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work independently and as part of a dedicated care team.

Flexibility to cover the Haringey, Islington, Brent, and Ealing areas.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Temporary contract
Part-time hours: 14-35 per week

**Salary**: From £11.95 per hour

Day range:

- Every weekend
- Monday to Friday
- Weekends only

Physical setting:

- Homecare

Shift:

- 10 hour shift
- 12 hour shift
- 8 hour shift
- Day shift
- Night shift

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Haringey: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- GCSE or equivalent (preferred)

**Experience**:

- Home care: 1 year (required)

**Language**:

- English (required)

Licence/Certification:

- Driving Licence (preferred)
