The Role
As a Community Care Assistant, you’ll provide high-quality, compassionate care to people in their own homes, helping them live independently and with dignity.
Every day will be different - you might be assisting with personal care, preparing meals, supporting with medication, or offering companionship and conversation.
Our visits are never rushed, and we take the time to match you with clients whose personalities and routines suit you. You’ll have time to build trust, connection and confidence with the people you support.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide person-centred care and companionship to clients in their homes
- Support with daily living activities such as personal care, meal preparation, light housekeeping and errands
- Promote independence, dignity and wellbeing in every interaction
- Communicate effectively and compassionately with clients, families and colleagues
- Work as part of a supportive, professional and caring team

About You
You’re someone who truly cares about others and finds fulfilment in helping people live their best lives. You might already have experience in care, or you might be new to the sector and looking for a meaningful career that makes a difference.
**Essential qualities**:
- Kindness, compassion and reliability
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A positive, can-do attitude
- A full UK driving licence and access to your own car (preferred due to travel between clients)
