We're looking for an Advisory Operation Partner to join our team in London as part of our Operations function.

Your team: You will be working closely with the Operations Manager of LIONS Advisory to ensure smooth execution of the Lions Advisory Operations.

Your Role: You will be managing our external consultants and overseeing key strategic projects for the Advisory Division. You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the seamless delivery of our services and maintaining the high standards our clients and partners expect.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary point of contact for all external consultants engaged by LIONS Advisory.
- Manage the onboarding process for new consultants, ensuring they have all necessary information and tools to succeed.
- Maintain a detailed database of consultant availability, expertise, and performance metrics.
- Coordinate and schedule consultant sessions throughout the year, balancing client needs, consultant availability, and project timelines.
- Coordinate and schedule all consultants travel and accommodation in relation to in person Client Deliveries.
- Coordinate and manage the External Consultants programmes in Cannes during Cannes Lions Festival.
- Address any scheduling conflicts or last-minute adjustments with agility and professionalism.
- Support the planning and execution of key strategic projects for Creative Transformation within the LIONS Advisory Division.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to define project scopes, timelines, and deliverables.
- Monitor project progress, identifying risks and ensuring timely delivery.
- Provide regular updates to leadership on project performance and outcomes.
- Work closely with the Operations Manager of LIONS Advisory to align on priorities and address operational challenges. Assist in streamlining workflows, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing improvements.
- Ensure all operational processes align with LIONS Advisory’s standards and goals.
- Partner with client-facing teams to match consultants with client needs and project requirements.
- Maintain strong relationships with consultants to ensure high engagement and retention.
- Support the delivery of feedback loops to ensure client and consultant satisfaction.

Your Experience
- Ability to manage complex schedules and coordinate multiple stakeholders.
- Strong attention to detail to ensure seamless execution of operations
- Ability to plan, execute, and monitor projects within tight deadlines.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal skills to build relationships with external consultants, clients, and internal teams.
- Skilled in resolving scheduling conflicts and managing expectations diplomatically.
- Analytical thinking to identify and address operational efficiencies.
- A proactive approach to overcoming challenges and delivering solutions.
- Project Management Certification (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2, or CAPM) is desirable but not required.
