CK Group are recruiting for a Laboratory Technician to join a chemicals manufacturing company at their site based in Houghton Le Spring, on an initial six month contract.
**Location**:
You will be based at the company's site in Houghton Le Spring, easily commutable by road from Durham, Sunderland and Chester-le-Street.
**Role**:
You will be responsible for testing of raw materials and new product development. Duties will include assisting in the implementation of new processes and procedures into the production environment.
**Your Background**:

- Ideally some proven industry experience gained as a lab technician or chemical analyst
