Haddenham (must drive and have access to a car)**
**£24,000 - £26,000 depending on experience**
**Monday to Friday 8.00am - 5.30pm (hours are not negotiable)**
Our client is seeking a highly motivated and proactive individual to join their busy team based at Haddenham. To be considered for this role you will have good interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and take initiative. Excellent attentionto detail with outstanding customer service skills and a friendly telephone manner. Ability to manage multiple priorities, excellent time management and organisational skills.
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Speaking with customers and providing technical assistance where required
- Creating quotes on company system and following them up
- Converting incoming purchase orders ensuring the equipment required is available
- Booking site surveys for customers
- Dealing with and/or monitoring any customer issues relating to hires
- Managing key accounts
- Negotiate commercial orders
- Maximizing fleet efficiency by utilising assets in other locations and arranging inter depot transfers
- Working closely with field sales to follow up on strong potential opportunities

**Requirements and Skills**:

- Plant Hire industry experience is desirable but not essential
- Strong commercial awareness and negotiation skills
- Interpersonal skills and the ability to work independently and take initiative
- Customer Service and Sales Skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities
- Comfortable working on different software systems
- Excellent time management and organisational skills are a must
