As a well-established Accountancy firm with three offices in the North West, we are currently recruiting a receptionist to be based at our Cleveleys office from Monday to Friday, 9am to 5pm.

Experience of working in a similar role is essential.

This is a customer facing role in a professional setting, which requires excellent communication and organisational skills.

You should be able to work effectively both individually and as part of a team, and be able to work well under pressure in a competent and accurate manner.

Providing vital support to our team, you will be responsible for a wide variety of administrative duties, including:

- Answering telephone enquiries and switchboard operation
- Meeting and greeting clients
- Reception duties including meeting coordination and facilitation
- Diary and calendar management
- Use of Microsoft Office, particularly Word and Excel
- Implementing and maintaining office administration systems
- Ordering stationery
- Inbox management
- Assisting with credit control
- Providing administrative support to our Directors and team of accountants
