**RESTAURANT SUPERVISOR - YOUR MISSION**

As a Restaurant Supervisor as part of the 22 Ventures group you’ll be the **face** of **your restaurant **in the absence of your Restaurant Manager. You’ll be **leading** from the front at **key times**; **inspiring** your **teams** and **engaging** with your **local community**. You’ll be **humble** yet **hungry** to develop yourself and your restaurant. You’ll have a **passion** to maximise **revenue** and keep yourself and your team **motivated** to deliver - no matter what hospitality may throw at you

**OUR RESTAURANT SUPERVISORS**

You’ll be well **seasoned** in **hospitality**; **dynamic** across all sections of the **floor** and **bar** and able to deliver **exceptional service** with a **smile** on your face.

You will be there to assist your Restaurant Manager and support them in making your venue a success. This will involve you focusing on the following;
Your site's **sales** vs **labour** performance - we’ve all got to keep on top of those numbers

Your site's **cost of goods** - again got to be all over those numbers

Your **team** and their **morale** - can you help build, maintain and develop a small team?

Your site's **service quality** - we’ve got to be WOW’ing our guests - it’s your responsibility to keep you and your team delivering them WOW moments and keep our guests coming back

Your site's **cleanliness** and **atmosphere** - it’s your site and we want you to take real **pride** in showing it off

**EXPERIENCE REQUIRED**

We’d expect you to have some basic knowledge - or be keen to learn - recruitment, back office systems, online reservation portals and stock counts.

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £11.75 per hour

Expected hours: 15 - 20 per week
