Waiter/waitress

We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team at Chai and Chapati Luton in providing exceptional dining experiences at our restaurant. If you have a passion for hospitality and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, we would love to hear from you.

**Duties**:

- Greet guests warmly and provide them with menus
- Serve food and beverages promptly
- Upsell additional items to enhance the guest experience
- Ensure food safety standards are adhered to during all stages of food preparation and service
- Handle guest queries and concerns with professionalism and efficiency
- Collaborate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders
- Maintain cleanliness and tidiness in the dining area

**Skills**:

- Proficient in time management to handle multiple tasks efficiently
- Familiarity with restaurant operations and procedures
- Ability to assist in food preparation when required
- Strong guest service skills to create a welcoming atmosphere
- Understanding of kitchen processes to coordinate effectively with kitchen staff
- Hospitality mindset with a passion for culinary excellence

Pay: From £13.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 - 60 per week
