Contribute to the provision of healthcare for the Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board by delivering a Hotel Service which meets all organisational and legislative standards and support the Facilities Unit commitment to the EQMS framework.

The Hotel Services supervisor will provide service guidance and support to staff responsible for service delivery, quality and monitoring and improving efficiency within the Hotel Services departments and at ward and department level at a community hospital and healthcare setting.

The post holder will operate as a supervisor at sites where specified for specific services namely; Catering, Housekeeping and Porter Services ensuring that services are delivered to agreed specification, resources are adequate and available, staffing levels are maintained.

Highly motivated, dynamic individuals to join our very busy team, working 24/7 rotation.

The ability to speak Welsh is desirable for this post; Welsh and/or English speakers are equally welcome to apply.
