CeMAP qualification or industry equivalent with knowledge of Help to Buy

Demonstrable track record of success and knowledge within Financial Services, specialising in mortgage and protection advice

Excellent understanding of your local market movement, activities and competitors

**As an experienced New Homes Mortgage and Protection Adviser, we would expect you to;** be able to generate and maintain your own client relationships and business, maximise in-branch opportunities and thrive within a challengingyet stimulating environment

**What’s on offer to you**

Basic annual salary £20,000 - £28,000 _depending on your experience _+ guaranteed monthly amount whilst you build your pipeline for up to 6 months

**Are you good at?**

Maintaining relationships with vendors, buyers and developers whilst also being flexible to meet their requirements and availability including weekends

Strong presence in front of a camera where you appeal to and engage with your audience to maximize your reach

Collaborating with your peers within your branch to build relationships to assist in identifying opportunities for referrals

Taking accountability for your KPIs through proactively seeking new opportunities whilst maintaining existing relationships

Spinning a lot of plates, you’ve mastered multitasking and excel at managing numerous responsibilities and tasks

There may be a requirement to work from home on occasion so we are looking for you to be self motivated and proactive

**The finer details**

We are currently conducting some interviews using video software. To be eligible to proceed in our recruitment process, you will need:
- Full CeMAP qualification or industry equivalent
- Full UK Driving Licence
- Legal entitlement to live and work in the UK _(in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006) _
- We’ll need evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of:

- Passport/Birth Certificate

We will also need

- Proof of Address
- National Insurance
- Drivers Licence Check
