**The Opportunity**

This is a fantastic career opportunity for a graduate to enter the automotive industry and play a key role in the Customer Management Office (CMO) team. This role will involve supporting the CMO team in data analysis and reporting, and in delivering projects and programs.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Running and delivering voice of customer program for the Customer Management Office (CMO)
- Supporting CMO on delivery of projects for large, key strategic insight.
- Building PowerBI Reporting Dashboards, data analysis and reports/presentations.
- Building & advising on research design/delivery, questionnaire scripting, coding and some reporting.
- Presenting and attending meetings to lead/Influence thinking around improving brand performance using research output
- Quality checking of qualitative output (designs, reports etc.).

**This is a home-based role but we may require you to commute to the Coventry office 1-2 days a week.**

**Are you The ONE?**
- We look for graduates with:

- A 2:1 (or above) degree in Marketing, Digital Marketing, Data Science, Brand Management, Computer Science
- Preferably have experience or study in brand / consumer research and understanding of consumer behaviour
- Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
- Strong Excel & PowerPoint Skills and understanding in the creation and delivery of surveys.
- Understanding of measuring and optimising Brand Reputation and Performance
- Be a strong communicator, both in writing and in person.
- Ability to work with data sets to tell a story.
- Ability to derive commercial insight from a wide range of data sources.
