**Role: Luxury retail Keyholder Supervisor**
**Location: Central London**
**Salary: £16.41 plus 12%holiday pay**
**Contract: 3 to 6 months ongoing**
**Hours: Full time 5 days a week, Part time min 3 days a week**

A leading brand innovator in immersive retail media, we are on the hunt for a reliable and trustworthy Keyholder to strengthen our team. Our vision is to revolutionise retail and define what shopping should be.
The Keyholder plays a pivotal role, supporting the store manager, to ensure the smooth daily operations of our new Oxford Street Store. The role requires strong leadership, excellent customer service, and the ability to handle day-to-day tasks with efficiency and professionalism.
Under the guidance of the Store Manager you’ll assist with the operational delivery of Future Stores’ brand collaborations. **Key Responsibilities (inclusive of but not limited to)**:
- Responsible for opening / closing the store, ensuring all security measures are followed.
- Coordinate the daily operations of the store, in the absence of the Store Manager, ensuring a seamless and innovative shopping experience for all customers and visitors to Future Stores.
- Serve as the primary liaison for brand partnerships, in the absence of the Store Manager, coordinating closely with their external logistics, marketing and sales representatives to support their store activations, promotional activities and product launches effectively.
- Ensure Future Stores policies and procedures are adhered to at all times.
- Support a safe working environment and ensure the store is clean, tidy and adheres to Health & Safety, security, Fire and Evacuation procedures and Licensing Laws. In the absence of the Store Manager, act as the main emergency contact.
- Collaborative oversight managing Future Stores’ point of sale system where clients wish to use it. Assist in receiving, restocking, and organising inventory.
- Uphold the store's visual merchandising standards, ensuring the retail space is engaging and reflective of Future Stores' innovative brand.
- Collaborate with the wider Future Stores team to contribute to the overall strategy and success of the company, sharing insights and feedback from the store's operations.
**Requirements**:
- Previous experience in a keyholding role in a retail environment is essential.
- Punctual, reliable and trustworthy.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks.
- Excellent customer service and communication skills, with the ability to engage with clients (brands) and their customers.
- Knowledge of retail management best practices, including merchandising, inventory control, and financial management.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including early mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.
