**The Opportunity**

We’re seeking a **highly experienced Bespoke Bedroom Designer** to lead our **Lisburn showroom**.

You’ll be the primary salesperson for the Lisburn area, responsible for managing showroom enquiries, visiting customers’ homes, and converting leads into successful sales - all while being fully supported by our design and production team in Dungannon.

This is an outstanding opportunity for someone who combines sales expertise, design knowledge, and precise measuring ability, ready to take ownership of a busy showroom and deliver outstanding customer experiences.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Take the lead in managing and growing sales for the Lisburn showroom.
- Welcome and guide customers through our ranges, both in-showroom and on-site.
- Measure spaces accurately and develop tailored design solutions.
- Present designs, finishes, and quotes confidently to secure orders.
- Collaborate closely with our Dungannon-based team to ensure designs are technically correct and ready for manufacture.
- Maintain an organised CRM record of leads, appointments, and customer progress.
- Extensive experience in the fitted bedroom, kitchen, or interiors industry.
- Strong background in CAD design, ideally using Cabinet Vision or similar software.
- Proven ability to close sales and manage projects from concept to completion.
- Exceptional attention to detail with strong measuring and spatial awareness.
- Confident, professional, and customer-focused communicator.
- Self-motivated, organised, and results-driven.
- Full UK driving licence essential.
