- Co-ordinate and manage the induction of all new team members to ensure knowledge and skills to a level they can move into their respective areas
- Book and co-ordinate Around the World trips
- Management and scheduling of the Workforce Management for Customer Services, initially manual creation with the requirement to automate into the Genesys platform.
- Working with the Team Leaders and wider management team to provide the data and analytics to ensure staffing levels are appropriate to handle the incoming volumes while also meeting the needs of the advisors and the business.
- Following any changes to procedures, processes or regulations; assess training needs anticipating current and future requirements
- Work closely with Team Leaders to assess individuals' development needs and team training needs following one to ones and skills reviews
- Conduct and co-ordinate training sessions as deemed necessary through learning needs analysis
- Follow up on all training provided to confirm understanding and engagement
- Ensure the department comply with all statutory obligations, procedures and standards. Where it is flagged that this is not met, ensure the relevant Manager is aware
- Ensure knowledge is up to date in relation to Consumer Credit Act, Money Laundering Act, GDPR, FSA, FOS and FLA. And that the department complies with all relevant legislation through quarterly quiz review
- Liaise with quality monitor supplier to organise auditing requirements, feedback and reporting
- Regularly review quality monitoring scorecards and rulesets, updating where necessary
- Support team leaders with monitoring feedback, providing guidance, coaching and action plans where needed
- Manage and update customer letters in respect of Compliance, regulation
**The Offer**
The base salary for this role is up to **£28,000 per annum** plus up to **8% non-contractual bonus**.

At the start of your employment, you would be expected to work from the office for at least 12 weeks to work through our induction and training process, after which time and with agreement from your line-manager you may be offered the opportunity for **flexible hybrid homeworking.**
Your basic hours of work will be 37.5 hours per week within the normal hours of work
