No one wants a classic fish pie when they were expecting a sticky toffee pudding and you are the team that prevents that from happening. Attention to detail is of the utmost importance as you seal, sleeve and box our remarkable products. You do the final check of our products and ensure the weights are correct, the right sleeve is on the right product and the right product goes in the right box. If you’re happy, our food can finally leave the building.

1. Communication is key. Ensure that you keep your team up to date with new products coming through the kitchen and team targets are communicated - everyone needs to be working towards the same goal.

2. Ensure communication channels exist to provide effective communication with your line manager and other departments to ensure an effective packing, labelling and sealing department

3. You must ensure that all members of your team (including agency workers) are trained in all aspects of their role. This includes, all machinery, pallet transfer system, health and safety, and all relevant work instructions.

4. Organise products going through the packing and sealing department, liaising with labelling to ensure the best utilisation of staff and equipment

5. Complete accurate and honest stock takes when required and be fully knowledgeable of any discrepancies

6. Team Leadership. Develop good relations through fair and consistent leadership Conduct all necessary 121 meetings with your team whilst continually showcasing and living by our Essential Ingredients

**Salary**: £10.00-£10.58 per hour
