We are looking to expand our fantastic waiting team here at The Mansefield Hotel.

Full Time Shifts - working 5 days out of 7 including Weekends.

Part Time Shifts will be working 3-4 days out of 7 including weekends.
- Contracted hours will be discussed within Interview

This will cover The Mansefield Restaurant, either morning Breakfast Shifts and/or evening Dinner Shifts, during the week and weekends. Previous experience in a restaurant or hotel environment will be looked upon favourably but not essential.

Occasional day time shift is available depending on advance bookings.

Please advise if there is a preferred shift, along with any restrictions of days.

**Morning / Breakfast Shift times**:
Monday - Friday starting at 7am and finishing roughly around 10.30am, Saturday & Sundays starting 8am and finishing around 11am

Serving our accommodation guests in the morning, taking orders, preparing continental breakfast orders, communicating with Kitchen Staff for Cooked to Order item, cleaning, stock taking and looking after the guests during their stay.

**Evening Shifts**:
Starting between 4pm - 6pm, and finishing at closing (usually around 10/11pm week days and 12am weekends).

Serving the Guests in the Restaurant for evening dinner and bar drinks. Role includes, taking orders, working in the bar, using EPOS Till System, Stock Checks, Replenishing, Looking after the guests, providing high customer service to reflect on the Hotel.

It is more important that we find the right person for the job.

They will need to be at least 18 years old as they will be serving alcohol. On-site Training will be provided.

Part-time hours: 25-40 per week

**Salary**: £9.50-£11.00 per hour
