We are looking for people to join our amazing team in Kempston, Bedford supporting 8 people with learning disabilities in their own home.
You will be working in people’s homes, so it’s important you can connect, share interests and be interested. From making a cuppa on their own to finding their place in community, the people we support have their own goals to shoot for and milestones to reach - big or small.
So if you enjoy building meaningful relationships and think you could plan, communicate and deliver support _with_ and _alongside_ people, then this is the place for you.
This is a fulltime role and you should be available to work shifts across the week and some weekends, including sleep in shifts.
**Ability to commute/relocate: postcode MK42 - **You must be able to reliably commute for shift start times or plan to relocate before starting work (required)**
