The school have an extraordinary track record of bringing in Graduates as English Academic Mentors and providing world-class training and support, to enable you to go on to be an outstanding Secondary Teacher. We have placed over 15 graduates at the school in the last 3 years, each graduate has given glowing reviews of the staff, curriculum and training opportunities.

Additionally, if you are an **Aspiring Secondary Teacher** the school can offer Salaried Teacher Training commencing September 2025. Meaning you won't pay the tuition fees and you'll receive a salary whilst training

**_ What will the English Graduate_** **_position involve day to day?_**
- Work in your preferred Key Stage
- Show your creative flair - the school have a diverse, rich and creative curriculum, meaning pupils don't just read off a whiteboard, you will have the opportunity to deliver creative sessions day to day
- Supporting the Class Teacher - providing whole class support
- Run targeted interventions - support students on a 1:1 and small group basis with English
- Support students with mild SEN (Special Educational Needs) - Opportunity to support mild Autism, Dyslexia, Dyspraxia, ADHD and more
- Receive between £105 - £110 per day
- Work Monday to Friday - School Hours - 8:30am - 4:30pm - Long Term
