**About the Role**:
We’re looking for a skilled and dedicated Dairy Herdsperson to join our team. You’ll play a key role in caring for our high-performing herd, supporting daily operations, and ensuring the highest standards of animal welfare and milk production.

**What You’ll Be Doing**:

- Milking, feeding, and general herd care
- Monitoring animal health and wellbeing
- Supporting calving and youngstock management
- Maintaining hygiene in parlour and livestock areas
- Operating farm machinery safely
- Recording data and supporting herd performance tracking
- Working collaboratively with the wider farm team

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Experience working with dairy cattle
- Strong understanding of animal husbandry and welfare
- Ability to work flexibly, including weekends and early mornings
- Good communication and record-keeping skills
- Positive, proactive attitude
- Machinery operation experience (training can be provided)
