Montana Home Care provide support to people across the Falkirk District to maintain their independence at home.

We’re seeking to recruit Support Workers / Care Assistants with the **right values** and **ethos** to work in our home care service - _**could this be YOU**_? You will assist the people we support with their daily living, promoting them to remain independent.
- You will have **good communication skills**; both verbal and written English; able to easily build relationships with others.
- A full **driving licence** **is essential**; you will be travelling to the homes of people we support within the Falkirk District to provide care and support.
- Successful applicants MUST register for the Protecting Vulnerable Groups Scheme (PVG).
- **No experience necessary**, **You** will be **caring, friendly, patient and passionate** about helping others.
- Be registered with SSSC or be willing to register with SSSC.

Shifts are based on a 7/14 working pattern:
WEEK 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Friday, Saturday, Sunday;
WEEK 2 - Wednesday, Thursday.
