We have an exciting opportunity for a motivated and enthusiastic Customer Service Advisor to join our friendly, professional team.
**What’s involved?**
- Greeting customers and colleagues, answering calls and messages, and providing a positive and welcoming experience.
- Co-ordinating and managing the logistics of a collection & delivery service with a fleet of courtesy cars and vans.
- Receiving customer’s vehicles, handing over courtesy cars, and carrying out visual inspections to identify any damage.
- Delivering and collecting customers cars and courtesy cars.
- Liaising with the colleagues to determine vehicle completion dates, potential delays, and relaying any special instructions to and from the customer.
- Regularly updating the customer with progress on their repair.
- Ensuring the management system is kept up-to-date with accurate information.
- Issuing invoices, taking payments and ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed.
- Supporting with handling any complaints in line with company policy.
- Adhering to all company policies, procedures and service level agreements.

- Possesses an excellent eye for detail
- Has excellent customer service skills
- Is experienced in working in a customer facing environment
- Will have good systems and IT experience including word and excel
- Has excellent communication skills
- Possesses excellent organisation skills and is able to prioritise work in accordance with the needs of the business
- Will have experience of resolving and effectively dealing with queries
- Holds a high level of personal and professional integrity
- Will be open to working with new processes and able to adapt quickly
- Can work on their own initiative, be proactive and work with little intervention from the management team.
- Has a full, clean driving license.
- Shares knowledge, best practice and works well as part of a team.
- Insurance, claims or industry experience beneficial but not essential
