Senior Benefits Management Consultant

Stantec is currently looking to recruit a Senior Benefits Management Consultant to join our growing Programme Management and Integrator Services team. With a significant track record in driving the performance of our clients, our team is devoted to ensuring that the benefits intended from change initiatives are achieved.
This opportunity will include:
- Developing a benefits management strategy that records the priorities, timescales and responsibilities for the realisation of benefits, and the methods by which the benefits will be monitored, tracked and assessed.
- Identifying and recording dependencies between benefits, dependencies between benefits and outputs, and outcomes and business change associated with change initiatives.
- Defining benefits in a way that is meaningful to stakeholders and helping organisations to clearly articulate the rationale behind investments.
**About you**
You will be degree qualified in a relevant field and, ideally, an accredited member of an Institution or equivalent with significant practical experience. Experience working within a regulated utility market is preferable, e.g., water, energy, infrastructure.
- The ability to articulate complex ideas persuasively.
- Demonstrable track record of leading benefits management implementation and transformation projects (strategy to outcome).
- Leadership of project work streams including management of consultants, analysts and client team members.
- Exceptional communication skills with experience of managing and influencing stakeholders.
- The ability to work effectively in a team using strong interpersonal and relationship building skills, excellent at building both internal and client relationships.
- An inquisitive mind and the tenacity required to provide value and make a difference.
