- **_Our Opportunity _**

As part of our small team of Housekeepers, your role will oversee the day to day operational activities delivered by our new Housekeeping team to ensure our Brand Home is always presented to the highest standard. Our Housekeeping team play a crucial role in supporting the delivery of a 5* visitor experience by upholding exceptional tidiness and cleanliness, ensuring all of our guests feel safe, comfortable and at ease throughout their visit.
- **_Who We Are Looking For _**

We are looking for can be flexible in their availability as we operate 7 days per week, and will be offering the vacancy on a 5 from 7 day basis, working the equivalent of 37.5 hours per week. As working shifts will be dependent on the needs of the business, specific working hours may fluctuate in line with consumer demand, so we are therefore looking for individuals who are flexible in their approach.

**ROLE SUMMARY**

Our Brand Home team are the public face of Edinburgh and Ian Macleod Distillers (IMD), bringing our world class processes and spirits to life, communicating the essence of the brand in a way that fundamentally delights consumers, inspiring long-term brand devotion.

As Housekeeping Supervisor, your role is to oversee the housekeeping operation and ensure our Edinburgh Gin Brand Home is always presented to the highest standard, positively reflecting our brand. You will support with the delivery of a 5* visitor experience by upholding exceptional tidiness and cleanliness, ensuring all of our guests feel safe, comfortable and at ease throughout their visit.

**Key Day to Day Activities**

Brand Home Operations
- Supervise the housekeeping team to ensure daily operations are covered and all customer-facing and staff areas are presented perfectly.
- Comply with IMD Policies and administration requirements including Financial, HR, IT, Health and Safety and Data Protection requirements.
- Be a keyholder, unlocking and accessing the site out with normal trading hours.
- Be confident in and uphold all relevant operating procedures, including incident reporting and emergency procedures.
- Greet all visitors with a warm welcome, creating a great first impression and experience throughout.
- Be knowledgeable in our range of Edinburgh Gin products and experiences.

Housekeeping Supervision
- Establish and maintain a daily cleaning & housekeeping task lists to underpin presentation standards and ensure consistency across the site.
