An exciting opportunity has arisen for committed, enthusiastic and highly motivated healthcare assistants to join our surgical wards at Colchester Hospital.

Healthcare assistants are a key part of our team and support the Registered Nurses in providing high quality care to our patients.

Do you want to be part of a team with an excellent reputation for delivering a high standard of care, ensuring we keep our patients safe and that they have a positive experience under our care.

If you like a challenge, are able to work at a very fast pace, enjoy working within a team and can give our patients the dignified care they deserve then this could be the job for you.

**Our Healthcare Assistant's work a rota pattern, so you MUST be able to work a variety of shifts, including days, nights and weekends including Bank Holidays for example Christmas Day. We are unable to offer set shifts patterns.**

**_Please note you may be required to undertake a Numeracy & Literacy test as part of the pre-employment checks. _
