**Wayleave Coordinator**

At Airband, we believe that everyone deserves better broadband, no matter where they live. We are a leading specialist in providing reliable broadband to hard-to-reach communities across the UK. We are looking for a Wayleave Coordinator to join our team based out of our offices in Tiverton, Devon.

**What is a Wayleave?**
Wayleave agreements give us permission to install and maintain our infrastructure on privately owned land or some types of buildings, such as apartment blocks. We need to have a wayleave agreement in place to install or repair our equipment on private land/property.

But we could fix the problem Our ambition was to build the largest non-urban broadband network for hard-to-reach communities across the UK. **Key Tasks & Responsibilities**
- Support the Wayleave Team Leader and Wayleave Officers across the business to ensure wayleaves are identified in a timely manner.
- Work alongside the Wayleave Officers to create and update schedules, log wayleaves and ensure they are signed off.
- Support with coordination and documenting of whereabouts and wayleave logs.
- Support with the development and creation of reporting.
- Support with wayleave resource planning.
- Work with other teams in the business who are involved in the wayleave process such as finance, and project teams to ensure a robust end-to-end process is in place for wayleaves.
