**Accounts Assistant**

**Salary: £24K to £27K dependant on experience**

**Location: Halesowen**

T2M Resourcing are recruiting an Accounts Assistant on behalf successful business based in Halesowen.

Working as part of a small Finance Department, as Accounts Assistant, your key responsibilities will be as follows:

- Responsible for the purchase ledger to include inputting of invoices into Sage 200, updating of exchange rates, supplier data updates and making supplier payments.
- Management of the employee expense system for the Group
- Bank reconciliation
- Petty cash reconciliation
- Credit card reconciliation
- AAT qualified or actively studying AAT
- A good working knowledge of Sage 200 or Sage 50 would be an advantage
- A good understanding of MS Excel
- Previous experience operating a purchase ledger system would be an advantage
- Proven record of good debt management (Credit Control)
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- The ability to work as part of a team, as well as individually, as required.
