**Overview**
We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to provide essential support to individuals in need of assistance with daily living activities. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in enhancing the quality of life for our clients, ensuring their comfort, safety, and well-being. This position is ideal for those who are passionate about providing care and support to seniors or individuals requiring specialised assistance.

**Duties**
- Assist clients with personal care tasks including bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medication as prescribed and monitor clients for any side effects or changes in condition.
- Prepare nutritious meals according to dietary requirements and preferences.
- Develop and follow care plans tailored to each client's needs, ensuring that all aspects of their care are addressed.
- Provide companionship and engage clients in meaningful activities to promote mental and emotional well-being.
- Assist with mobility and physical exercises as directed by healthcare professionals.
- Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, including light housekeeping tasks as necessary.
- Respond promptly to client needs and emergencies, employing first aid techniques when required.
- Document daily activities and any changes in client condition accurately.

**Requirements**:

- Previous experience in senior care, assisted living, or hospice care is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of medication administration and first aid practices is advantageous.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport with clients and their families.
- Empathy, patience, and a genuine desire to help others are crucial traits for this role.
- Ability to follow care plans meticulously while being flexible to adapt to changing client needs.
- Must be physically capable of assisting clients with mobility and personal care tasks.
- A valid driver's licence may be required depending on the location of service provision.
