I am currently working alongside a Trust based in croydon and the surrounding boroughs to recruit forward-thinking and hardworking TA's to support in their Special Educational Needs provisions.

The schools support learners aged 4-19 with SLD and MLD many of whom have a co-diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Condition.
- Have experience of working with children and young people (experience of working with children with SLD/PMLD/ASC is an advantage);
- Be forward thinking and able to use initiative.
- Be creative and have an enthusiastic, imaginative and caring approach to children with Special Educational Needs and Disabilities;
- Have high expectations of learners’ achievements relating to communication, independence, inclusion in the community and behaviour.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
