**Who you’ll be supporting & more about the role**:
We currently have Support Worker opportunities for people to join the team supporting people within our Outreach service. A driving licence is preferred to help support visits and taking to appointments.
There are around 10 people who use the Outreach service and another 3 who use the Supported Living service. We are independent people who need a bit of support with some things. We would like staff who respect and understand that.
Our Support Workers support adults with learning disabilities, autism and mental health concerns to live their daily lives. As a Support Worker you will support people who have learning disabilities, autism, mental health concerns or dementia with their daily routines to live the **best lives possible**.
