We are seeking an enthusiastic and passionate individual to join our growing team as an apprentice.
As an apprentice you will be supporting the Social Value team on the design and delivery of the social value plan and how it will be achieved. You will be responsible for a range of administration tasks to support in the delivery of our social value and environmental commitments. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone passionate about economic and environmental impact and looking to start or expand their career within this sector.

**Overview**
Over a 3-year period (this does not include EPA period), we provide bespoke training for our Social Value/Sustainability employees of the future along with on-the-job mentoring and learning. When not being fully supported on a site/office you will attend a local college or apprenticeship provider.
**What you will be studying**
You will study towards a Level 4 Level 4 Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability Practitioner Apprenticeship achieved through a combination of college work and gathering work-based experience and evidence.
**Academic Requirements**
The apprenticeship is a level 4 and requires you to have completed either A Levels, a BTEC or a level 3 apprenticeship to qualify
**What you will be doing**
To start you will be shadowing the Social Value team gaining a better understanding of the role. You will be allocated tasks, attend meetings with internal and external stakeholders allowing you to further your knowledge and expand your network.
- Support projects in recording, reporting and achieving social value targets
Attend meetings with clients, stakeholders, and other third-party organisations
Identify and liaise with relevant partner organisations, such as local schools, charities, employment and skills agencies
Monitor and review social value data to ensure accuracy and performance improvement
- Data Collection
- support with the monitoring and measuring of our performance and the success of both social value and environmental initiatives, including for individual contracts and the wider business
- Data Inputting
- Keeping social value tracker up to date
- Data Reporting
- support in producing reports against a range of social value and environmental KPI’s and performance measures. Support with producing updates for client contract reports in line with client requirements and deadlines
