Sally Clarke Bakery is a busy wholesale Bakery based in London (W10) we are looking for experienced team members to join our successful and growing packing team.

**Main responsibilities**:
Pack all orders for our wholesale customers and café orders

To pick and pack a range of artisan breads, pastries and cakes on a daily basis, according to the daily delivery notes

Ensure the Company health and safety, food safety and policies and procedures are adhered to at all times

Label all boxes clearly and accurately ready for delivery

Check and mark off the delivery notes & packing lists correctly, monitoring progress throughout the shift to ensure all orders are packed and completed ready for delivery on time

Slice bread according to slicing list, using the slicing machine carefully and in accordance with safety rules

Liaise with the bakers and drivers as necessary to ensure the whole packing process runs smoothly

Tidy, clean and sweep the section throughout and after the shift, ensuring all packing materials are stored neatly and safely

Undertake any other duties or responsibilities as reasonably requested by company management to meet the needs of the business

**You will**:
Ideally have previous experience of working in a fast paced bakery/food packing role.

Have experience of working as part of a team

Be able to work under pressure, work to time targets.

Have a basic knowledge of food safety and health and safety

Have a knowledge of English and be able to communicate in English

Be physically fit and able to undertake the tasks in the role including standing for prolonged periods and lifting and moving boxes

Must be willing and able to work until all orders are packed (overtime will be paid for any extra hours worked).

**Shift times** - start 4/5pm, finish 1am/2am

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: From £21,000.00 per year
