**Applications Developer**

**Location: Hove, East Sussex**

Our client is one of the leading provider of live-streaming, hybrid meeting and audio-visual services to the public sector. They provide all the hardware and software their clients need to give them the best meeting experience. From microphone replacementsto AV installations and range of different webcasting options, they can help. Council Chambers, boardrooms or on the move - they have a solution for every scenario.

**The Role**:
They are looking for someone who has at least two of the main development skill sets (Traditional web / React web / Desktop) but all three would be great.

**The role will mainly consist of**:

- Taking on tasks around maintaining their codebase and developing new features.
- Being a proactive member of their scrum team, taking part in planning sessions, daily stand-ups and bi-weekly presentations to the wider company.
- Working closely with their UX designers to produce great experiences, across platforms.
- Traditional web development: PHP / SQL / HTML / CSS
- (Windows) Desktop development: C sharp / DotNet

**Other desirable skills for this post include**:

- Java
- aliburn / MVVM pattern
- odeIgniter PHP framework
- Testing tools (PHPUnit / Selenium)
- Composer / npm / Git

**The post holder should have a working knowledge of best practice usability and Agile scrum/sprint and be able to document code and provide system documentation.**
