Your Key Responsibilities
- Creating exceptional first impressions through warm, professional patient welcomes
- Managing the appointment diary efficiently
- Handling telephone enquiries with courtesy and care
- Processing patient payments and managing financial transactions
- Maintaining accurate patient records on our practice management system
- Coordinating patient communications including recalls and reminders
- Supporting the clinical team with administrative tasks
- Contributing to the smooth daily running of the practice

What We're Looking For
- Previous experience in a dental reception role or healthcare setting
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional telephone manner
- Strong organisational abilities
- Proficient computer literacy
- Commitment to delivering outstanding patient care
