**Position: Product Specialist** **Location: Reading, United Kingdom** **Salary: £23,000 - 25,000 per month**

**Role and Responsibilities**:
As a Product Specialist at Redland Mobility, you will play a crucial role in providing expert guidance and support to our valued customers. Your main responsibilities will include:

- Demonstrating a comprehensive understanding of our diverse product range, including mobility scooters, wheelchairs, and adaptive accessories.
- Engaging with customers in a courteous and professional manner to understand their unique mobility needs and requirements.
- Offering tailored product recommendations and solutions that best fit the customer's lifestyle and preferences.
- Conducting informative product demonstrations to showcase features, benefits, and proper usage.
- Assisting customers in making informed purchasing decisions, providing detailed information about pricing, warranties, and available support services.
- Collaborating closely with the sales team to achieve team targets while maintaining a positive and supportive team environment.
- Staying updated on industry trends, product advancements, and competitor offerings to provide accurate and up-to-date information to customers.

**Requirements**:

- A valid UK driving licence is essential for this role.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills to effectively connect with customers and team members.
- Empathetic and customer-focused approach, with the ability to understand and address unique mobility challenges.
- Previous experience in a similar role, ideally within the mobility, healthcare, or retail sectors.
- Strong product knowledge and the ability to quickly learn about new products.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to work on weekends or during special events as required.
