**The Role** We have an exciting opportunity for a hard-working, professional, and enthusiastic Business Development Manager to successfully develop our business and brand. We’re the best in the business making your role in planning, coordinating and implementing allactivities relating to business development so much easier However, you will need to be passionate about working hard, engaging in community and marketing initiatives to further strengthen our brand and be impactful in growing our market share. Due to ourexcellent reputation, we are continuing to expand rapidly throughout the Cleveland area and are looking for the right person with excellent business development skills to help drive our business forward. This role offers great career prospects and the chanceto be part of a strong supportive, friendly team providing the very best companionship, home help and personal care services for elderly people who wish to remain happily, and independently at home.

**Essentia Criteria**
- An outgoing personality and proven track record in successfully developing and maintaining strong relationships within a local community to achieve business objectives using a variety of tools and techniques.
- Experience of creating a broad base of effective marketing campaigns to achieve targets.
- Experience of using data and analytics to make informed business choices.
- Being innovative and creative in being able to generate meaningful enquiries for both clients and employees
- Good understanding of marketing with experience of using a range of marketing and communication approaches including managing digital media platforms/campaigns.
