Validation project engineer

Main Functions of the Position:

- The role of the Validation Engineer will be to manage and execute the validation activities for the installation of new and upgraded equipment and facilities.
- In addition, the Validation Engineer will be required to maintain the Site Validation Masterplan and ongoing validation and re-validation requirements.
Duties may include the following:
1. Define and implement all validation activities related to the ongoing CAPEX or NPI projects.
- Provide validation expertise for the development of the CAPEX and NPI projects.
- Complete Functional Specification and Design Specification definition
- Prepare and execute IQ, OQ & PQ protocols
- Traceability throughout the whole project validation file (from URS to PQ).
- Organize and coordinate IQ, OQ & PQ validation activities with the different involved departments (on the ground, as required)
- Manage deviations and changes to ensure that these are well documented and that corrective actions are taken and followed-up upon.
- Contribute to the ongoing compliance and continuous improvement of the site validation master plan.
- Ensure site validation documentation is stored in accordance with the QMS.
- Expertise in the qualification of one or more cGMP utilities.
- Proven experience with cGMP qualification and validation URS, IQ, OQ, PQ
