BardWood Support Services now has an opportunity arisen to join our client working as part of the team on one of our national accounts based in **Selly oak**, working predominately **40 hrs**, however, there is a need for flexibility due to potential changes. This role is working in partnership with our client, who offers additional benefits such as high street discounts throughMideals, on-the-job training, free SIA license renewal, and promoting internal progression by training stars for the future.

The position requires you to have a high level of self-presentation, customer service & communication skills are essential along with a positive/helpful attitude. You will be required to supervise a well-known retail brand, act as a visual deterrent, andensure the safety and comfortability of the staff and customers.

**Full-time**: 40hours per week, various days, must be fully flexible in terms of what they work

**Rates**: £9.75 per hour

**Location**: Selly oak - B29 6SJ

**You must have**:
5-year checkable work history
Valid SIA badge
Excellent communication
Excellent customer service

**Skills needed**:
Experience in a similar role is essential
Physically fit
Excellent customer service skills
Enthusiastic in delivering service excellence
Possess the ability to work under pressure
Effective Communicator
Display a polite and professional attitude to internal and external guests
The ability to work independently or as a team
Strong interpersonal skills required
