**Job Title: Vehicle Damage Assessor/Estimator**

**Location: Stockton-on-Tees, TS18 3SB**

**Salary: Up to £40,000 - Total OTE £48,000**

Full Time and Permanent
Working hours: Monday - Friday 8am - 6pm with 1 hour lunch
1 in 3 Saturdays 8am - 12pm

We have a turnover of approximately 250 million and employs over 700 members of staff across 12 our dealerships and 1 dedicated service centre.

Are you a meticulous and detail-oriented individual with a passion for the automotive industry? We are seeking a talented Vehicle Estimator to join our team in Stockton-on-Tees. If you have an eye for precision and enjoy assessing and valuating vehicle damage, this role is the perfect fit for you.

As a Vehicle Estimator, your role will be crucial in evaluating and estimating the cost of vehicle repairs and services. You will play a key role in ensuring accurate and transparent communication with customers, insurance companies and our service team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Inspect vehicles to assess the extent of damage and required repairs.
- Prepare detailed and accurate cost estimates for repair work
- Consult with customers and insurance companies to explain estimates and repair processes
- Ensure the use of genuine and high-quality parts and materials
- Maintain clear and organised records of estimates and repair orders.
- Previous experience in a similar role.
- A team player with a can-do attitude
- Confident delivery of accurate vehicle repair estimates.
- Knowledge of Audatex, Escribe and PAS 10125 are essential.
- Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment
- Up to date knowledge of vehicle repair techniques.
- Be committed to achieve complete customer satisfaction
- Help achieve sales targets
- Ensure work is completed to a high standard at all times
- Comply with Health & Safety Procedures
