**Responsibilities**
- Greet customers warmly upon arrival and provide them with menus and answering any queries
- Take customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring all dietary requirements are noted.
- Manage the dining area by keeping tables clean and organised throughout service.
- Up-sell menu items to enhance the dining experience and increase sales.
- Handle cash transactions and process payments accurately.
- Operating our till systems
- Taking bookings
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of food and beverages.
- Provide assistance to customers as needed, ensuring their needs are met promptly.
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness in both front of house and kitchen areas.

**Skills**
- Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a busy environment.
- Previous experience in a restaurant or similar hospitality setting is preferred but not essential.
- Knowledge of food safety practices to ensure compliance with health regulations.
- Ability to up-sell menu items effectively while providing excellent customer service.
