Right at Home Swindon supports vulnerable adults in the local community who need care and support in their own home. We can offer you full training and flexible hours to work around your availability to make sure that those who need help will get it. We have visits to Clients 7 days a week, so if you can spare a few hours, please get in touch today.

We are looking for Home Care assistants who are reliable to help us provide the highest level of outstanding care for our Clients during the weekends.

What we offer our Home Care Workers:

- Pay rate £12.30 for weekends
- Mileage paid at 35p per mile
- 28 days paid holiday per annum
- Referral scheme paying up to £250

- Must be a car driver/owner

Duties will include:

- Motivating Clients to get the most out of their day
- Personal care
- Administering medication
- Assisting Clients with washing and dressing
- Shopping
- Housekeeping
- Meal preparation
- Taking Clients for appointments or outings

We will offer you an amazing support package to ensure that you are happy and safe whilst doing your role.

Requirements of a Care assistant:

- Must hold a full and valid UK or EU/EEA driving licence and have access to own vehicle
- Have a genuine passion to want to help others
- Be a reliable team player with a positive attitude
