We are now looking for a proactive Import Logistics Executive with experience of (or the ability to learn) all modes of

transport to enhance our busy team.
- Hours: Monday to Friday 0900-1700hrs
- Salary: Depending on experience

Import Logistics Executive Job Specification:

- Proven successful track record of at least two years working for a small to medium sized freight forwarder.
- Experience of CNS and Destin8. Our forwarding software is Multi-freight.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Good communication skills and friendly personality.
- Competent using Microsoft Word, Outlook, and Excel.
- Strong and dynamic team player.
- Excellent Maths and English skills.

Job responsibilities and tasks:

- Communicating our various customers, suppliers, and sub-contractors such as shipping lines, hauliers and depots.
- Raising internal files
- Raising Invoices
- Passing supplier invoices and querying where necessary
- Checking vessel arrivals
- Arranging collections and deliveries, making sure to meet customer deadlines.
- Following up after delivery to ensure the customer was happy and find out if there is anything else that we could

look after for them.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: £30,000.00-£35,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Essex, RM18 7ND: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
