**Job Title**: NHS RECRUITMENT ADVISOR - BAND 4 **Location**: On Site Role - Ilford **Hours**: Monday to Friday 37.5 hours per week **Salary**: £13.52 Must have - EXPERIENCE IN NHS RECRUITMENT AND USING TRAC SYSTEMS Temporary 6-month role Are you an experienced NHS recruiter looking for your next role? If so, we have a great opportunity for you, **Job summary** **Duties**: " Actively ensuring all vacancies are advertised on TRAC (To include adverts and job descriptions) " Ensuring compliance is adhered to at all times " Demonstrating efficiency and awareness of current recruitment legislation " Manage the pre-appointment checks, including IATs, DBS checks, Occupational Health clearance, and the issuing of contracts in line with the statutory timescales " Posting of adverts, monitoring and downloading from NHS Jobs " Trouble shooting and providing advice on TRAC related issues " Running directorate/departmental reports through TRAC " Ensuring all pre-employment checks are compliant with the up to date NHS Employment Standards " Ensure all necessary preparation is complete " Enable day to run smoothly by liaising with relevant parties and ensuring availability when required " Feedback to wider teams regarding results " Implementing and assisting with the development of assessment day strategies Ad Hoc recruitment duties may also include: " Assisting with shortlisting for bulk recruitment " Hosting recruitment training sessions for internal staff " Giving references and producing To Whom it May Concern letters " Aiding and assisting with the Deputy Recruitment Manager on all recruitment events that the Trust undertakes (overseeing testing and interviews) " Payroll **Essential ID**: - In date British passport OR full birth certificate paired with driving license/provisional - 2x proof of address (eg: bank statement, utility bill, council tax) - Proof of NI (eg: HMRC letter, NI card, P45, P60, Payslip)
