**Corporate Sales Administrator**

Stephen James BMW is looking for an efficient and highly organised individual to join the corporate team as a Corporate Sales Administrator. **Your role**

As the Corporate Sales Administrator, you will be the first point of contact for all enquiries and will have responsibility for supporting the sales process for all our corporate customers, processing vehicle orders, completing the paperwork accurately and efficiently, maintaining the filing and databases, and communicating with customers and colleagues professionally and courteously.

**The main duties of the role include**
- Process received orders, arrange registration of all sold cars and prepare and issue invoices and handle payments
- Initiate the timely and accurate processing of all correspondence and documentation in relation to the vehicle order, sale, financing and delivery
- Maintain positive relationships with all customers by professionally handling their enquiries, and providing premium customer service
- Create and coordinate customer appointments, organising and making necessary arrangements for test drives including the preparation and checking of the vehicle prior to the test drive

**Your profile**
- Have good verbal and written communication skills
- Enjoy working in a fast-paced environment recognising individual responsibility to contribute to the performance and success of the team
- Be able to develop rapport and trust with customers
- Have a passion for customer service
- Ideally, proven experience of working as a sales or corporate administrator in the automotive industry.
- To have a valid, clean UK Driving Licence and must be eligible to work in the UK

**Salary and Hours**

Basic Salary: £25,000 to £27,500 per annum (depending on previous automotive experience)

The role is an office-based environment, working hours, Monday to Friday, 8am to 5pm
