**JOB SUMMMARY**
Responsible for the execution of excellent presentation of the spa and facilities, delivering an outstanding guest experience for guests and members at all times, facilitating a personalised, professional, warm and consistent service whilst ensuring the effective operation, development and profitability of the spa, maximising retail and service opportunities at all times.
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Provide the highest level of service to guests at all times
- Greet and manage guests and show around the facilities and dealing with questions and queries as required in a friendly and efficient manner.
- Perform any required physical checks to ensure that the areas are to Rudding Park's expected standards of excellence, and report any maintenance faults as soon as they arise.
- To ensure clean and dirty laundry are turned around efficiently and ensure the lockers and changing rooms are fully stocked as per procedure with towels/robes/flip flops.
- To ensure all public areas are kept well maintained, clean and stocked.
- To perform guest orientations.
- To circulate the spa looking after the guests and ensuring the facilities are clean and tidy.
- Responsible for undertaking procedures throughout the Spa facility including in relation to Plant, thermal and hydrotherapy experiences, changing rooms and poolside standards
- To interact and communicate effectively with all team members of the spa and all members of the hotel team
- Ensure water tests are carried out effectively and on-time.
- To attend any product training ensuring Continuous Professional Development and raise any training needs to the Spa Manager
- To ensure that all health and safety procedures are adhered to and these procedures are followed. Accidents and hazards must be recorded and reported immediately.
- To adhere to the spa dress code and be professionally presented at all times. Hair must be clean and neat.
- Assist with any other duties as required by spa management.
**_Retailing & Upsell_**
- To ensure that sales tools (consultation forms, prescriptions, brochures, samples etc) are effectively utilised at all times to facilitate the sales process.
- To be completely knowledgeable about all retail products and spa services and make suggestions for improvement, expansion and/or creation of new services.
- To actively up-sell spa treatments.
- To achieve Service and retail sales targets as set by the Spa Manager
- Be responsible for Health and Safety as an individual and also to work colleagues, guests and the business reporting concerns through the Health and Safety processes and procedures
- Ensure Continuous Professional Development of self, including attending required training courses and seeking means of developing within the busines
