**What you’ll be doing**

Working as a Maintenance Team Member, you will play a crucial part within our team to ensure that the condition of the hotel is at the high standard and is continually maintained.

You will have excellent attention to detail as the main part of the role will be painting and decorating, however you will also have a general knowledge of building maintenance and health and safety at work.

**Main Duties and Responsibilities**
- To complete both maintenance and painting and decorating duties to the expected high standard throughout guest bedrooms, public areas and back of house areas.
- To work alongside the maintenance team and closely with other hotel departments to ensure that the condition of the hotel is at the required standards at all times.
- Taking an active role within hotel health and safety meetings
- To continuously consider health and safety at work

Pay: £25,165.92 per year
