Howells are working with one of the country's most successful Housing Developers to recruit a Customer Care Coordinator in Guildford. They are multi awarded winning business with a reputation for providing fantastic training, development and progression.
Customer care is a fast paced department that sits at the heart of the business as the main point of contact for our customers once they have moved into their new home.
We are looking for enthusiastic individuals with excellent ICT skills along with proven customer service experience gained in a busy, fast paced office either in the house building/construction industry is desired but not essential.
Duties include:
- Validating complaints and resolving problems quickly and efficiently, seeking direction where required.
- Co-ordinating Customer Care Technicians, suppliers and sub-contract trades to resolve issues and make appointments for attendance, through the co-ordination of diaries.
- Checking and ensuring work has been carried out to the purchaser's satisfaction and in line with SLA's.
- Updating and maintaining records using COINS.
- Bringing reoccurring problems to the attention of the Customer Care Manager.
- Categorising works successfully and with sufficient times allocated to maximizing resource available.
- Liaising with homeowners to ensure positive HBF survey returns received at both 8 week and 9 months.
- Attending meetings that may be necessary in the performance of your duties.
- Complying with and upholding company policies and procedures.
- Undertaking any additional tasks as may reasonably be required from time to time.
Working hours:
Monday to Thursday 8.30am to 5pm & Friday 8.30am to 4.30pm
Flexibility to work from the office and from home
