As Advice Standards & Concessions Specialist your role will be to contribute to the daily management of the concessions process to support advisers, plus the development and maintenance of the QFP (Quilter Financial Planning) Business & Advice Standards in both the field and head office, ensuring the customer is always at the heart of the business.
You will provide architectural thought and design to the standards, guidance, and processes to ensure consistency across all advice areas processes and create new/amend existing advice standards, guidance, and processes to meet regulatory or other required changes.
Additionally, you will deliver the processes used to specify the necessary IT requirements to support and deliver Advice Quality in the field, contribute to key design decisions with respect to IO/XPLAN development and future IO/XPLAN changes and initiatives and identify, quantify, and manage current and emerging risks within the Business and Advice Standards, ensuring those risks are recorded.

Due to the nature of this role, you will need to be Level 4 Qualified, it would be beneficial if you also had a qualification in G60/AF3/IFS Pension Transfers Level 6 but that isn’t essential.
You will need to have a good understanding of products, advice, compliance and risk and ability to understand key Business & Advice Standards drivers and requirements.
Keeping the customer at the heart of what we do, you will be someone who demonstrates strong customer focus and understanding of what results in good customer outcomes and great communication skills.
You will also be someone who has a strong change delivery focus, is a competent assessor of existing/required processes and is able to think at both conceptual and strategic level.
