This position will require you to work closely with senior staff members and other outside agencies in order to provide support, as well as taking initiative and working independently to carry out your duties.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide support for adults
- Monitor, record, and communicate changes in clients condition and respond as appropriate to the needs of the client and family.
- Adhere to policies and procedures
- Use good judgement when dealing with clients, visitors, families, and co-workers.
- Demonstrate proper infection control measures.
- Work as part of a team.
- Gather and document client information.

Services we provide to our clients: - 24 hour care, Waking Nights, Sleep ins, Companionship care, Respite, Welfare checks, Care throughout the day, Escorting to social events and appointments.

This is a self employed role.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Fixed term contract, Temporary contract, Temp to perm, Zero hours contract

**Salary**: £12.50 per hour
