An exciting opportunity has arisen within the Property Services Department and as such, Self Employed Cleaning professionals are now being invited to join this young, innovative and growing business.

If you are interested in growing your own Cleaning Client list on a Self Employed basis with the support of a Management Team behind you this could be the opportunity for you.

J&Williams Estates are also interested to hear from Self Employed persons who are qualified in or have experience in, Flat Pack Furniture Assembly, Light Maintenance such as hanging doors, selves, replacing door handles, window handles, gardening, window cleaning etc.

**Requirements**:

- Able to provide a mobile cleaning service.
- Access to a vehicle with no more than 3 points on a valid Driving Licence.
- Registered as a Sole Trader (Self Employed) and able to evidence this.
- Be able to provide ID, Work Permit or Driving Licence.
- Able to provide a clear and valid DBS Check within the last 6-months.
- Have Public liability Insurance.

**Person Specification**:

- Have at least 2 years of cleaning experience in a professional capacity and be able to provide at least 2 references from either previous clients or employers.
- Reliable, trust worthy and able to demonstrate exceptional customer service.
- Able to provide their own cleaning equipment and materials if/as required.
- Able to adapt to both Commercial and Domestic cleaning environments.
- Impeccable time keeping and ability to communicate effectively with Clients.
- Desire and drive to manage their own business and client base.
- Ability to use basic computer software such as word and complete timesheets/invoices.
- A drive to succeed and exceed as you will be representing J&Williams Estates.

**What will you be doing**:

- Managing your own client base in your area.
- Covering short falls in other locations as required.
- Completing ad-hoc and one off deep cleans.
